Filer Middle School, our vision is to prepare students to reach their maximum potential. The school\u2019s educational community and stakeholders are dedicated to educating students so that they become lifelong learners in a complex and competitive society. We will continue to enrich the community through the development of the academic program and enhancement of technology, with emphasis on character education, so that students become productive citizens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Mission<\/h2>\n<p>At Henry H. Filer Middle School, our mission is to enrich the community through a multicultural education experience. This sets the groundwork for high school and prepares students to become productive members of the workforce and of society in an advanced technological age.
